Following is ACME's training curriculum and related courses:

Your ACME Configuration

Event Configuration Basics

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to configure and manage Event Templates and Events in ACME ticketing. Learn how to configure ticket types and schedules and much more!

Discounts & Coupons

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to configure Discounts to apply Coupons, Member discounts, or Organization discounts to ticket purchases, and how to configure and apply Coupons to different types of Membership purchases. 

Membership Configuration

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to set-up Membership Rules, configure Membership Offerings, and define the Channel Transaction Policies on how Offerings are sold.

Booking Private Events (Group Bookings)

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how create, book, and manage private events (groups events) for organizations, schools, groups, etc. in ACME Backoffice.

Reporting

Reports

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to run Standard Reports in ACME using predefined data sets to analyze data. Staff will also learn how to use an existing reporting source data set as a starting point, apply filters, grouping fields, and output fields to create custom reports.

Sales

Backoffice Sales

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to sell, rebook, refund and manage tickets in ACME Backoffice. Specifically, staff will learn how to how to sell a ticket to members and non-members, sell  and renew memberships, and understand ticket limits and member rules.

Point of Sale (POS) & Order Management

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to sell tickets to walk-up visitors via their Point of Sale terminal, accept payment, print receipts and tickets and even handle member transactions.  They will also learn how to look-up existing orders, make modifications and issue refunds via their device.

Access Control

This instructor-led class teaches your staff how to manage pre-purchased tickets via their point of sale terminal, including scanning tickets and membership cards, rebooking pre-purchased tickets into another timeslot, manually check-in a group and much more.



Standard Training Online Offering Instructor-Led

Schedule an online training session, hosted by a virtual live instructor. Choose courses from our training curriculum. What does this include?

  • Up to 5 participants from your organization can attend.
  • Each course is one hour in duration and delivered via Zoom.
  • A generic ACME training account will be used for the sessions.
  • Attendees will have the option to log-in and follow along.
  • A recording link of the session will be provided to attendees post training.

Custom Training Offerings Instructor-Led

ACME can customize a training agenda for your team of ACME users based on your organization's specific business processes and operations. Online and Onsite Custom Training Sessions can be delivered in your sandbox environment with your configurations.

  • Attendees will have the option to log-in and follow along.
  • Minimum 2-day engagement.



Group Training Webinars Instructor-Led

ACME offers group training webinars available to all active customers on a bi-monthly basis.
