Issue:

ACME Sales 11.33 included an update for the Ingenico card readers to SDK 4.0. This update causes an issue where the MAC address being communicated to the firewall is not as expected. In some caases, this causes connectivity issues when connecting to a DHCP server to obtain an IP address.

Resolution:

Until a patch is made available for the SDK, you can assign a static IP address to the card reader. Please consult our documentation for further instructions.
