Enhancements

B2B | Advanced Search

We've improved the Events List, Events Calendar, and Membership List pages with Advanced Search.

  • Events List & Calendar: After applying advanced search criteria, it is no longer a mystery which fields you have searched on. They now all display below the search box so you can easily see. From there you can remove individual search terms, modify your search, or clear your advanced search fields altogether.

  • Membership List: Just like we have on ACME Sales, it is now possible to do advanced search for members. Happy searching!

In addition, we've made several improvements to the terminology across B2B. Everywhere that you previously saw:

  • “Advanced Filters” has been renamed “Advanced Search"
  • “Edit Filters” has been renamed to “Modify Search"
  • “Clear Filters” has been renamed to “Clear Search"
  • “Apply” has been renamed to “Search”

B2B | Member Orders

When an order is placed by a member, we've improved the order details page to show their membership information:

  • membership level and offering name
  • primary cardholder name
  • expiration date

In addition, the membership level name links to the membership record so you can easily see additional details.

B2B | Membership Checkout

We've improved the Member Cards Email section in Step 3 of checkout. It now correctly shows only if you've configured the member cards email to send.

In addition, when it is visible and no email is provided for the primary cardholder, a helpful message displays: "Add an email address for the primary cardholder in order to send."

B2B | Membership Rules - Coupon Configuration

We've improved the usability when configuring coupons with a "Select All" option to allow you to quickly select all or none of the memberships in the list.

Payments | ACME Test Credit Cards

We now support ACME Test Credit Cards to simplify your testing, no matter which payment processor you are on! You can use these anywhere you are testing: Online, Backoffice, POS manual entry, API, etc. These support a variety of card brands, along with numerous decline cases. Happy testing!

Bug Fixes

POS | Individual Orders without payment on Express

It was found that on rare occasions, individual orders would be placed on POS with credit card information captured, but no payment actually took place. If you've seen this in your account, the Order shows the last four of the credit card (& sometimes the cardholder name), but there is no payment.

We ultimately discovered that this occurred if the agent tapped the space bar on an external keyboard while in checkout, prior to taking payment. $0.00 would display on screen, but if the agent did not notice, the card reader would still prompt the customer and the order could be created. This is now resolved, and if the space bar causes the Credit Card amount to change to $0.00, an error will be shown to help the agent correct before taking payment.

POS | Connecting a new Epson via IP on iPadOS16

After the iPadOS16 upgrade, if you needed to configure a new Epson via IP, it did not show up in the list on ACME Sales. Epson was only working if already connected, or if running via Bluetooth. We have now resolved this by including a new driver from Epson that is required.

Salesforce Integration | "Update in ACME" button

Managed Package 1.107.1 has been released to fix a flow error with the "Update in ACME" button. Please see the ACME Salesforce Managed Package - version 1.107.1 release notes for details.
