ACME Applications: Policy Update

Hello ACME Partners,

We are updating our policy regarding the support of old versions of our POS and AC applications. Effective after our 10.0 release, ACME will not support any ACME Sales or AC App for longer than 6 months.


Beginning with our 10.0 Release, all release communications will include a new section with information on which ACME Apps will be expiring with the upcoming release, as well as the release to follow. This information will also be located on our release notes page.

We will end-of-life all ACME applications per our new policy, so if you are actively using an identified release to be end-of-lifed, you will need to update your POS or AC devices to a more recent supported version, prior to the end-of-life date. If you do not update that application prior to the end-of-life date, the old application will be removed from your device on the day of the release. 


If you would like others in your organization to be notified of our new policy, please email us and we will add them to our distribution list.
