A: We recommend at least every quarter if you are using standard ticket stock, and at least every month if you are using adhesive ticket stock. The frequency of cleaning will depend on your volume and environment. If specific machines get used more heavily, if you are prInting a higher volume, or if the machines are located in a dusty area, increase your cleaning frequency as needed. If you can see a a visible accumulation of dust, then it's time for a cleaning.
