Enhancements


Performance optimization:  We have been continuing to refine our performance when online ticketing sites are under heavy load.  We have been able to reduce our cache timing for event data and it's now as follows:

  • Event data (schedule, pricing and inventory data) may take up to up to 5 minutes for these changes to appear online.

Bug Fixes


Missing Theme formatting:  We fixed an issue where the Theme styling for ACME hosted eCommerce websites would at times, drop from the site, leaving the page rendering without styling (CSS).  


Scripts in Theme:  We fixed an issue where venue authored scripts used in the Theme area were not working.


Canadian address verification issue:  We have temporarily turned off address verification for Canadian venues while we research address failures blocking checkout.  


Access Control Crashes:  We fixed an issue where Access Control was crashing upon manual check ins.
