When a Purchase Availability rule is programmed on an Event Template to stop sales x minutes before event starts, the associated event listing in ACME AC will follow that same rule.

 A bug ticket has been filed to correct this behavior as Access Control should not be impacted by purchase availability rules.

Interim Solution:

An Event Administrator can change the Purchase Availability rule to stop ticket sales when event starts. Once the scheduled event starts, the event will be removed from POS and e-commerce channels as expected but  will remain on the ACME AC list of events for the remainder of the day.
