Enhancements

iOS 13 Compatibility for POS and Access Control

We have made updates to the Point of Sale and Access Control applications, to address any issues related to iOS 13. The latest version (11.3.0) of both applications is now compatible with iOS 13.

Note: If you are planning to update to iOS 13, you must update the Airwatch Intelligent Hub before running the iOS update. Information about this can be found in this article in our Support Portal.

Import/Export v4.2

Export All from Date
Going forward, it will be possible to export all qualified records more than once. For example, if a record is included in an export when "Export All since last run" is selected, it can now be exported again if an export is subsequently pulled using the "Export All from (date)" function and the transaction/edit falls within the selected date range.

Note: Only records that are updated after this release can be exported multiple times.

API

Added Terminal ID to API Calls made by the Point of Sale and Access Control
Added the ability to track API performance at the POS / AC terminal level as a helpful diagnostic tool going forward.

Bugs

Back Office (B2B)

GL Identifier was not saving to reports when new private event is added to an order
When adding two or more private events to an Organization Order, all fields now save as expected. This includes saving the GL Code to reporting if configured for the associated event.

Custom Field was not saving in a resource request after editing to add notes
This issue has been resolved. After editing notes on a resource request, custom fields remain unchanged and are included in search results.

Collaborator barcode batch max increase
Fixed a bug to allow collaborator barcodes, such as CityPASS, to be loaded in batches of 100.

Point of Sale (POS)

ACME Sales application adjustment for new Apple iPad device model screen sizes
The ACME POS app is updated to fit all available iPad models and sizes, including the iPad mini, the 10.2 inch iPad, the 11 inch iPad Pro, and the 12.9 iPad pro. In order to optimize the experience on the 12.9 iPad pro, please enable the iOS Screen Zoom feature.

Retail page heading was not updating with configuration change
The POS Config in back office supports custom labels for the navigation buttons. If the Retail page navigation button is customized (e.g. from "Retail" to "Home"), the page title on the POS tiles page will now update to match.

Other

Apple iOS Certificate Update
We have updated the Apple iOS certificates for the ACME Sales POS and Access Control applications to keep them running on iOS devices. We do this to stay in compliance with Apple development requirements.
