Security Update

ACME/Salesforce Integration

  • Change to HTTPS
    • To improve security, the Salesforce Integration has been moved from HTTP to HTTPS.
    • During the update, data did not flow in either direction. While the update was in progress, all data entered in Salesforce was held in a queue and pushed to ACME once the integration resumed. Any data entered in ACME during the update was manually synchronized.

Note: To ensure Back Office updates are as seamless as possible, we recommend performing a hard refresh of your internet browser after a release is deployed. In some cases, you may also need to reset your browser's data cache including any saved cookies and related browsing data.
