We have updated the ACME Sales app in support for venues on Express with Ingenico card readers that are experiencing disconnect issues.
With this release:
- Any time you return to the ACME Sales app after either backgrounding it or waking the iPad from sleep, the Ingenico device will be triggered to reconnect to ACME Sales.
- If for some reason the devices lose connection while ACME Sales is open, you can navigate to the side menu and tap "Activate Card Reader" to manually reconnect the two devices.
Note: Please do not yet upgrade to iOS 14. Support for iOS 14 will be coming soon and we will send an update when this is ready.
