Overview

The Events List is generally the first page users will land on when logging in to Backoffice. This page serves as the master roster for all published events on a particular day and allows the user to quickly see important metrics, book tickets, and manage individual Event Instances. 


Viewing the Events List

Backoffice users with sufficient systems permissions can take the follow actions from the Events List screen:

  • View/Edit a specific Event

  • Book an order for a Public or Private Event

  • Rebook an existing order into a selected Event

  • Cancel an Event

  • Delete or Deactivate an Event

  • Create a Private Event

Users can also change the view of available events by navigating to a different date, filtering on a Custom Field, or changing the Events List by status type to review Cancelled or Deleted Events.
