If you have a new user who needs access to Import/Export in ACME back office, please follow these steps for setup. This feature must be activated by ACME Product Support.

Step 1: Create a Product Support case

Step 2: Provide the following details

  • User name
  • User ID (found in the url of the user profile)

Step 3: ACME Product Support will activate access

  • You will be alerted through your support ticket when this is complete
