Enhancements

We have upgraded the Point of Sale application to use the latest Worldpay TRIPOS SDK 1.8.  This will fix reported issues with American Express contactless payments, a UI issue that occurs on the reader post checkout in some cases, and optimizes device connectivity with Apple iOS.
