This issue has been resolved with the 11.23.1 Release. Please update your ACME Sales app to this version or later.

Please note that as of 11/2022, there are critical issues with our application and iPadOS16. For that reason, we do not recommend updating until a new version of ACME Sales is released which will address these bugs:

  • App crashes post checkout. The ACME Sales application may force c close after checkout for new orders. Note that the order is completed as expected but the user will need to log in again to reprint or check in tickets.
