API | Checkout blocked for some Email Domains

We received reports that some members were blocked from checkout with the error message "Invalid Email". This was only affecting some members with certain top-level domains, such as jane@myvenue.services. We have updated the underlying library for our email validation, which now enables such members to successfully checkout.

Note: To ensure Backoffice updates are as seamless as possible, we recommend performing a hard refresh of your internet browser after a release is deployed. In some cases, you may also need to reset your browser's data cache including any saved cookies and related browsing data. Please contact support@acmeticketing.com if you experience any issues after a release.
