  6. Use the drop down menu under "Time Zone" to select your company's time zone.
  7. "Consumer page" gives you a link to your B2C website - the page where customers will purchase tickets to your Events.

Company Hours

The Company Hours section of the Company Profile is where you specify your standard operating hours of the venue. NOTE: A day of the week can contain multiple time ranges of operation (e.g. you venue may be open from 9:00am to 11:00am, and then 1:00pm to 5:00pm).

  1. On the days your organization is open, enter your hours.
  2. To add another time range to a given day, click "Add Time" and enter in the second set of hours. You can do this as many times as you need for a given day.
  3. To set your hours as Closed, click "Open" on the right side of the relevant day. This will toggle the day to "Closed". Click "Closed" to toggle the day back to Open.
  4. Click "Update" in the top right corner of the screen.

Company Holidays, Observances, and Revised Hours

These are individual dates or individual hours of operations that are  exceptions to your standard operating hours. (You may be closed on Thanksgiving or New Years Day, for example). These can be days where you have limited hours and open late or close early, days where you are closed completely, or specific days where you have extended hours.

  1. Under "Company Holidays, Observances, and Revised Hours", click "Add an exception".
  2. Enter the Title (e.g. "Thanksgiving").
  3. Select a date in the Date field.
  4. The default setting is for the entire date to be Closed. If you'd like to have modified hours of operation, click "Closed" to toggle the day to Open. Then enter the hours you will be open for that date.
  5. Click "Update" in the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Double-check that any applicable event templates have their schedules configured to honor these revised hours and closures, and publish so that these changes take effect.

NOTE: Holidays, Closures, and exceptions that occur every year do need to be added to ACME every year. After any Blackout Date, we recommend that you go into Company Profile and add the same Blackout Date for the following year (i.e. soon after Christmas, you should add the following year's Christmas as a Blackout Date). Alternatively, when your company confirms its holidays and closure dates for the next fiscal year, you can enter all the dates in advance for the coming year at that time.
