Production Maintenance:
TLS 1.2 Upgrade
Dear ACME Partners,
On Thursday, June 21st, 2018 at 2 AM PST, we will be upgrading our production environment to only accept TLS 1.2 connections. There is no expected downtime during this upgrade.
Any applications connecting to the ACME API's must be upgraded to support TLS 1.2 and above over HTTPS.
Our payment processor (Vantiv) will be retiring TLS® v1.0 and v1.1 by June 27th, 2018 and as per PCI 2018 requirements, processing servers are being required to remove encryption protocol ciphers no longer considered safe which include TLS® v1.0 and v1.1.
