  • DiscountId
  • DiscountTag

These fields are in addition to the Amount and DiscountedAmount fields that were already available, helping you get an overall picture of attendance with revenue.

Bug Fixes

Backoffice (B2B) | Ticket Analytics Report for Converted Tickets

We have fixed a few issues with our Ticket Analytics reports for converted tickets.

  • Check In Information: Previously, tickets that were checked in and then converted to membership were reverting to a not checked-in status in the Ticket Analytics report. With this fix, the existing checked in status will be maintained in the report after membership conversion.

  • Discounted Amount: When tickets were converted to a membership, the discounted amount for the tickets was not updating as expected. With this fix, the discounted amount will correctly be $0.00 for converted tickets, as the revenue is "transferred" to the membership.

  • Ticket Status: When tickets are converted to a membership, the TicketStatus was updating to "Refunded". With this fix, the ticket status will remain as "Normal" and the ConversionStatus field will reflect that the tickets were converted.

Backoffice (B2B) | Ticket Analytics Report for Rebooked Tickets

A bug in the Ticket Analytics report has been fixed that was triggered if an order placed at POS contained line item discounts for a portion of the tickets and then that order was rebooked in Backoffice. Now, when tickets are rebooked moving forward, the original tickets will now correctly show a Ticket Status of "Refund".

Backoffice (B2B) | Ticket Analytics Report for Canceled Tickets

We fixed a bug in the Ticket Analytics report that was triggered in some cases where modified orders were later cancelled, which resulted in the ticket status field in reporting to not be correct. With this fix, Ticket Analytics reports will always show the correct ticket status (either Normal or Refund).
