ACME Sales (POS) | Tickets on Roll-up Tiles

For those of you that love having many ticket types, you'd think the more the merrier. Unfortunately for many of you today, that was not the case if you installed our 11.28.0 release build. We appreciate you all  waiting to get access to the new features while we worked to fix this issue. Thankfully it did not take long. The ACME Sales build now lets you scroll for days.

Online Checkout (B2C) | Purchases with Add-ons

So we have some good and bad news. Bad news first.

Our 11.28.0 release caused a few regressions with Add-ons:

  • If a visitor wanted to buy an add-on with an event, on checkout they would see the error 'null' and could not complete. No bueno!!
  • If a visitor wanted to buy a combo event that was configured with the add-on, even if they didn't choose the add-on, when they tapped "Place Order" their cart would go poof! If they excitedly then tried to checkout for $0.00, thinking they were getting an amazing deal, they would see the error "NPE". Nice try!
  • And sometimes, the add-on just didn’t stay put in the cart as purchasers were shopping!

Now the good news-

  • Our team caught these issues in testing and immediately coded up the fix. We are happy to report that these are now resolved in production. Happy add-on buying!!
