If you need to obtain the unique IDs for specific ticket types (e.g. for an integration), follow these steps.

Step 1: Open Developer Tools in your browser

  • Right-Click "Inspect" (or Ctrl-Shift-I)
  • Go to the Network tab

Step 2: Navigate to Pricing>Ticket Categories in Back Office

  • In the "Name" column, select "types..."
  • Expand payload

Step 3: View List to find the ID

  • Find your ticket types in the list
  • The ID is included to the left of the ticket type name
