Bug Fixes

Membership Standing

We resolved an issue where the membership and card standing fields were not automatically updating as they should (e.g. changing from Active to Lapsed after expiring). Going forward, the standing fields will update as expected. In addition, we have updated any memberships that did not reflect the correct standing.

Duplicate Order Prevention

We fixed an issue that was introduced in the 11.12.0 release which impacted our duplicate order validation. This has been resolved and true duplicate orders are now blocked on the ACME side. If a duplicate order is identified, the following error message will display during checkout: "This order may have already been processed. Please check your email for an order confirmation or contact us with any questions."

Note: To ensure Back Office updates are as seamless as possible, we recommend performing a hard refresh of your internet browser after a release is deployed. In some cases, you may also need to reset your browser's data cache including any saved cookies and related browsing data.
