Customer records can be imported to ACME from an external source (e.g. a CRM system). Customers are typically imported along with memberships, but if you have the need to upload or update customer data only, it can be done independently.


Note: a customer does not need to have a membership, but all memberships must have a customer.

Description
Customer Import ID*A unique identifier for the customer, typically a system or database ID that cannot be edited.

Character limit: 20
Customer ID* The ID associated with the customer.

First Name* Required for all customers. If your source system allows for blanks, you will need to populate this field with something (such as a dash)
Last Name* Required for all customers. If your source system allows for blanks, you will need to populate this field with something (such as a dash) 
Middle Name
Phone number* either phone number, email, or address is required
ACME stores one phone number per customer
Email* either phone number, email, or address is required.
