Customer records can be imported to ACME from an external source (e.g. a CRM system). Customers are typically imported along with memberships, but if you have the need to upload or update customer data only, it can be done independently.
Note: a customer does not need to have a membership, but all memberships must have a customer.

Field | Description |
Customer Import ID* | A unique identifier for the customer, typically a system or database ID that cannot be edited. Character limit: 20 |
Customer ID* | The ID associated with the customer. Character limit: 20 |
First Name* | Required for all customers. If your source system allows for blanks, you will need to populate this field with something (such as a dash) |
Last Name* | Required for all customers. If your source system allows for blanks, you will need to populate this field with something (such as a dash) |
