After our 11.24.0 Release we were made aware that some venues were impacted by an issue when trying to export. The Import/Export feature uses the permissions applied to the "api-user" user profile in order to execute exports. In 11.24, we introduced a new permissions validation that requires the "CUSTOMERS_VIEW" permission. If the "api-user" user profile is missing this permission, then the export will trigger this error and be unable to run as expected.


To resolve, someone with admin permissions will need to add the "CUSTOMERS_VIEW" permission to the "admin" group utilized by the api-user, which will allow exports to run as expected without encountering this error.
