Description - A brief summary of what the issue is, where the issue happens, and how it impacts the user. Descriptions should be no more than 3 sentences and should clearly communicate what’s broken and what needs to be fixed.
Good: Third-party ad blockers are preventing B2C users from completing a checkout.
Bad: Specific Attraction is reporting that sometimes their users see a spinning when when they try to buy tickets. They’re really upset about it and Arya has called us about it repeatedly. Everything seems to be working on my end so I told them to let us know if it happens again. I think someone should really reach out to them and let them know that we’re working on it. Here’s the email chain with all of the details.
[Long email chain]
Oh I also thought of something else [long narrative].
Reproduction Path - A numbered list of steps on how to reproduce the issue, expected behavior, and actual behavior. A solid reproduction path should enable a user with very limited knowledge of the ACME system to reproduce and will have screenshots of the issue attached.
