Onsite Member Experience

ACME can help you offer a number of benefits to your Members to improve their experience every time they visit.

  • Configuring member discounts in Backoffice will automatically apply member pricing to tickets online or onsite

  • Scanners can be used with the POS to facilitate quicker member look-up in ACME using the members card

  • When possible, setting up members only lines or terminals will allow you to provide an expedited experience

Membership Sale Communication and Confirmation

ACME can send out an email to confirm the purchase of a membership term, which can include level and action specific language for the customer, as well as an optional email with digital membership cards.

Email Confirmations

  • Messages are configured per offering and per action in the Channel Transaction Policies tab

  • This language will be included at the bottom of an email confirmation sent for a membership purchase

  • This language will be included with Digital Membership Cards sent via a separate, optional email

Sales Infrastructure

Daily Operations:

Membership sales can be sold onsite at your main POS stations. You can also have designated stations solely for membership sales. ACME recommends using a keyboard at any terminals that will process a high volume of membership sales to decrease the transaction time.

Special Events:

One way to enhance membership sales and renewal opportunities at special events and member nights is to have staff roaming the event with hand-held terminals to allow for purchase activity on the spot.

Line Busting:

On busy days, prevent long lines from forming by using mobile terminals to help reduce the line size and wait times for guests. These terminals can be used to:

  • Check-in guests who have already purchased tickets and are just waiting to enter

  • Check-in members with tickets or sell member tickets on the spot

  • Sell memberships to allow guests to access member benefits like expedited entry

  • Sell tickets to guests who haven’t purchased them yet while they wait to check-in
