In ACME Back Office any Membership record can have the expiration date changed to extend or retract the duration for a specific membership term. 

Note: If you are using ACME in conjunction with a separate membership database such as Raiser's Edge or Salesforce,. we recommend changing the expiration date in that database and letting that sync into ACME as part of your normal process.

Steps to change the expiration date of a Membership in ACME Back Office:

1. Open the record for the desired Membership record.

2.  Scroll down to the Membership information section and select the Membership Expiration Date to change the date.

Note: You can also change the expiration date for individual cardholders on a membership. This can accommodate special use cases where a particular card holder should have a different expiration date from the other card holders in the household.
