Issue: Epson receipt printers may disconnect from ACME Sales if the device is idle or not in use for a period of time.


Interim Solution: We have temporarily removed ACME Sales 11.31 from our application catalog to prevent users from losing Epson connections upon updating. If you would still like to update to 11.31 and are not currently utilizing Epson receipt printers, please contact support@acmeticketing.com and request the new version be added back to your catalog.
