Activate the ACME/SendGrid Integration

If you are activating this integration for the first time, review the SendGrid Integration Setup Guide to put this in place for your environment.


Configure Custom Emails

Once you have activated the integration, you will be able to use custom email templates in your SendGrid account for some or all of the following email types

  1. Order Confirmation Email Data Integration

  2. Refund Email Data Integration 

  3. Order Confirmation (Donation only) 

  4. Digital Membership Card

  5. Order Rebook 

  6. Event Cancelation

  1. How do I see the delivery status of an email sent using a custom SendGrid template?

    • The status of emails related to an order are located in the Email Status tab when viewing that particular order details in Backoffice. Please see the ACME Email Delivery Status guide for specific details.
  2. What are the SendGrid Integration Email Response Codes?

      403
      "The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirements."
      401

      "The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked". This occurs when the API key is deleted from within SendGrid.


      202
      If the email also has no value for the delivered ID, the template for this email type was deleted from SendGrid.
